Previous months have covered topics such as Embracing the Woman you ARE, Maintaining wellbeing by understanding the chakras and Understanding health from a holistic perspective. These trainings teach you new techniques to explore your capabilities and unlock your potential. These training sessions are available in the group for you to revisit at any time
