This course combines learning how to be positive with understanding what’s been stopping you tapping into your own positivity, teaching you techniques on how to change the way you think so positivity becomes second nature

😥Already thinking negatively (before the pandemic started), which you know but can never seem to move beyond for very long, and the constant talk about COVID-19 and all that may be to come just aggravates your already very negative mind into daydreaming about the worst case scenarios

😥Realising that if someone else listened to what goes on in your mind they would hear negativity after negativity, and this spills out into your conversations with other people which always seem to be about negative things, and this world wide pandemic is only making this worse

How does it work?

You will receive a pre-recorded training video each week, released into a private Facebook group where you have access to me for support throughout the 4 weeks.

 

You will have lifetime access to the Private Facebook Group and its content.

You can watch the training whenever is convenient for your schedule and ask questions in the group for continual support.

The training sessions are as follows:

💻 Week 1: why you should give a shizzle about positivity

What is positivity? You’ve heard all about it and BORE it makes you snooze, so why should you give a shizzle? We explore how you have treated positivity and how it has played a part (or not) in your individual life in this revealing training

💻 Week 2: I can’t do this!

Unpicking what's been going on in the background of your mindset to understand why you find positive thinking so hard, why you doubt it and what’s been holding you back from changing the way you think so you can understand YOU and key issues that continually create problems for you

💻 Week 3: Reframe it!

Get into the habit of switching negative to positive with 4 key techniques that work with you as an individual to motivate you to become and stay positive, as well as to keep yourself accountable.

💻 Week 4: Highlighting negativity’s cheerleaders

Teaching you how to become aware of all the ways negativity is reinforced in your life and what techniques to use to overcome the influences of other people and external things to ensure you stay positive, no matter what the situation.

AND you'll receive a Certificate of Completion at the end
