Trusting yourself - how does that feel?

How does it feel to think about trusting yourself?

When I say trust yourself – I mean deep down, in the most intimate and deep rooted of needs. Trust yourself to make the right decision. To follow your life’s true path. To know what is best for you.

Do you trust yourself on those things?

If there is a lack of trust in any of these areas, it will cause problems in other areas and seep out into your life and hold you back from your full potential.

Knowing you can trust yourself

When you know you can trust yourself to make the right decisions, and to know what is best for you, it will create a strong bond with yourself.

Being able to have this bond with yourself will enable you to feel that no matter what happens, when it happens and how, YOU are there to rely on and YOU will get you through it.

This is such an empowering thing to understand.

We can rely on ourselves.

We are enough for ourselves to be able to survive. Others we have around us is out of choice, not necessity.

When we know we can rely on ourselves we can then choose wisely those we have around us. Rather out of necessity to fulfill a gap that is there because we do not have enough trust or love within ourselves.

If there is a lack of trust of yourself and your judgement, you will find it difficult to connect with your intuition and gut reactions – you will no doubt constantly question them and doubt their efficiency or trustworthiness.

You can trust in yourself.

You can do the things you want to do.

You know what is best for you.
